Hiring Tax Preparer I - part time

Can you communicate on multiple platforms–in-person, via email, video conferencing­–simultaneously with clients and coworkers? Then you may just be our new Tax Preparer. Read on to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

 

What we’ll like about you:

-          Enjoys working 20+ hours per week during tax season

-          Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

-          Some knowledge of individual tax returns but we can train if you are willing to learn quickly

 

What you’ll be doing:

-          Preparing various tax returns

-          Working with staff on review and preparation processes

-          Communicating with clients

-          Working with staff on individual tax return processes

 

What success looks like in this role:

-          Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect

-          Completing client delivers on time

-          Remote work environment, flexible part time hours from January – April.  Some other hour available May – December as well.  Friendly, healthy work environment.
