Hiring - FT Tax Associate

What we’ll like about you:

-          Enjoys working reasonable hours per week, even during tax season.  We understand you have a life and strive to respect that

-          Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

-          Extensive tax experience with knowledge of business returns and complicated individual tax returns

-          At least 1 (no experience considered for the right candidate) years of tax experience with various tax software and both client accounting and firm-based accounting systems

What you’ll be doing:

-          Preparing various tax returns

-          Working with staff on review processes

-          Assisting with tax planning

-          Communicating and meeting with clients

-          Experience with quickbooks preferred

-          Help with bookkeeping and reviews of financial statements

What success looks like in this role:

-          Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect

-          Completing client delivers on time

-          Willingness to cross train and join partners on prospect calls and client meetings

-          Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table
